Attorney Mia Cloud graduated from Florida State University Cum Laude, with Honors, and earned her law degree from Stetson University College of Law. She is licensed to practice in all Florida State Courts as well as the United States District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida and the United States Bankruptcy Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida.
In 2009, Mia founded the Cloud Law Firm. Since then, the firm has grown a lot to include multiple staffed offices in Florida. Under her guidance, the firm now recovers millions of dollars each year on behalf of injured and disabled clients. As part of her practice, Mia has handled numerous trials. In each personal injury trial to date, Mia has recovered a verdict exceeding the highest pre-trial offer made by the defendant/insurance company. Personal Injury Attorney Christopher D. Cloud
Attorney Chris Cloud graduated from Florida State University and earned his law degree from Mississippi College of Law. He is licensed to practice in all State and Federal Courts located in Florida and Mississippi.
Chris brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Cloud Law Firm. Before joining the firm, Chris spent several years representing accident victims at a plaintiffs’ personal injury firm. He then practiced insurance defense for more than a decade at a well-respected law firm in Tampa, Florida. During that time, he prosecuted and defended numerous personal injury claims for both plaintiffs and defendants in various venues located across the State of Florida and in various venues located elsewhere in the United States, Central America, and the Caribbean. These cases ranged from minor trip and falls, to serious auto accidents, to tragic airplane crashes, and involved everything from modest injuries to cases involving numerous fatalities. However, his largest client was a Fortune 100 company for whom he regularly defended serious car, pedestrian, bicycle, motorcycle, and trucking accidents. During his time practicing for the defense, Chris learned the strategies and techniques insurance companies employ to lessen or avoid claims.
Over the past 20 years, Chris has successfully prosecuted numerous claims on behalf of plaintiffs, including several cases that resulted in seven figure recoveries. He has also participated in the successful defense of innumerable defendants, including several cases that were ultimately tried to a defense verdict. At the Cloud Law Firm, Chris now focuses his efforts entirely on the effective representation of accident victims.
