Florida Injury & Lawsuit Results
Our client was seriously injured when hit by a car. This was a complicated case involving very unique facts and causes of action. Shortly prior to trial, the insurer agreed to pay $2.5 million, which was accepted by our client.
This was a confidential settlement involving a client who was badly injured in a serious motor vehicle crash. We recovered $1 million liability limits and $100,000 underinsured limits for our client.
This was a complicated case involving multiple clients. In addition to recovering a large lump sum payment, we foreclosed on the Defendants’ commercial property and sold it for $680,000.

Our client was one of four vehicles struck by a semi on the interstate. The insurer for the at-fault party made no pre-suit offers. We filed suit. The insurer ultimately tendered its $1 million policy limits to all of the claimants and we recovered $345,000 of that sum.
