The Largo office is open Monday to Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM while the Dunedin office is open Monday to Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM. Currently, the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office does not offer an option on its website for filing a police report with them directly.

How to File A Pinellas County Car Accident Report By Mail

Currently, the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office does not offer an option to file a police report with them through the mail after you’ve had a car wreck.

How Much Does An Accident Report In Pinellas County, FL Cost?

It is free to file a police report with the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office, and if you are looking to get a copy of your already prepared accident report the first ten pages of the report are free. After that the costs are as follows:

Single-sided copy: $ .15
Two sided Copy: $ .20
Certified Copy: $1.00

If you choose to use Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles’ portal to download a copy of your crash report then the cost is $10.00 plus a $2.00 convenience fee. This can be paid online by credit card.
